Sea Rocket Cruises and Parasailing depart from 307 Dorchester Street, right next to the Jackspot Restaurant. Upon arrival, our ticket booth can be found by making a left in front of the big sign at the head of the street. Please make sure to check in at booth before your ride.
Banana boat rides, kayaks, sups and private party cruises depart from Aloft hotel on 45th St. All activities are located at the back of the hotel to the left on the beach. Look for the Sea Rocket umbrella!

Yes, free parking is available on site. There is also ample free & paid street parking in the area. The downtown location is also a short walk from the boardwalk & downtown inlet parking lot! The 45th street area at the Aloft Hotel has plenty of available parking.

Kayak & SUPs can be rented for 1 or 2 hours. Private party cruises with your captain vary from 1-2 hours

Gratuity is not included with the cost of your trip. We ask everyone to please remember that our captains and mates are in the service industry and rely heavily on gratuity. We recommend a gratuity of 20% or more. If your captain and mate helped you to have a great trip, be sure to thank them!

Yes all activities will require a waiver. We also require a predeparture checklist and DNREC form completed before your trip.

On boats, all children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket. All people on banana boat rides require a life jacket. Kayaks and paddleboards also require life jackets. We provide all life jackets.

Yes, there is a combined total weight limit of 475lbs per parasail ride. We reserve the right to make judgment calls based on passenger weight. This is for your safety!

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before departure time. Everyone needs a signed waiver before departing.
If departing from 1st st, check in at our blue booth in the parking lot.
If departing from 45th st., check in at our booth on the beach behind the hotel.

Drinks and food are allowed on all boats. NO alcohol on the Sea Rocket Cruises or Parasailing. Alcohol is only allowed on our private cruises. For private party cruises, there is plenty of room for a cooler! Our employees will be happy to help you load your items on the vessel. NO GLASS!!!!!!

Yes, parking is available. On 1st street, you can park in any Lazy Lizard lot. For our midtown location (45th st), you can park in the Aloft hotel lot.

Our speed boat cruises & sunset cruises last approximately 45 minutes. Our parasailing adventures run every hour and thirty minutes, but the exact length of the trip depends on how many people are aboard. Each flight goes up for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Parasailing is a highly regulated industry governed by the FAA. Parasail operators can let up to 800 feet of line out but have a legal ceiling of operating at 400 feet above sea level. We cannot accommodate any requests to go higher than that ceiling.

Yes, waivers are required for every customer that goes on any excursion with us. If you book online, you will have the option to fill out the waiver once you book. Our waivers are also available on out website under the waivers tab. You may also fill out waivers at our ticket booth upon your arrival.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a bottle of water! Also, bringing cash to tip the crew is greatly appreciated!

Casual dress such as shorts, bathing suits, and tees are recommended. The ride or flight can get wet!

Snacks and nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase at our ticket booth. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase while underway about the Sea Rocket. Availability can change based on the weather conditions.
