• Please keep in mind that our crews are in the local tourism & service industry and rely heavily on gratuity from customers! 20-25% is standard in our industry!

Check In:

• Everyone MUST arrive AT LEAST 25 minutes before departure time and check in with our crew. Everyone needs a signed waiver before departing as well. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• IF YOU ARE LATE AND MISS YOUR TRIP TIME, THAT IS ON YOU! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!
